Say Anything
March 10, 2002
I ran the Brooklyn Half Marathon yesterday morning in 1:51:17 after three weeks on my ass. Everything hurts today. But it was a beautiful morning in Brooklyn, and a great run. The race started on the Coney Island boardwalk as the sun was breaking through a heavy fog, then turned onto Ocean Parkway and into Prospect Park.
Afterwords, we brunched in Park Slope, then walked a while on Smith Street.
Today I picked up more lumber which I’m guessing now as I watch the re-released “Say Anything” — brilliant. A great weekend.
